- In line with Google’s Reader Revenue Manager Terms, any personal information (e.g., email addresses for newsletters or subscription sign-ups) will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
- End User Data is used solely for account creation, subscription management, and communications relevant to the Journal, and never sold to third parties.
- Consent & Compliance
- We provide a link to our full Privacy Policy at the point of data collection.
- Readers may unsubscribe or request data removal at any time, consistent with data protection laws.
6. Subscriptions & Payment Processing
- Reader Revenue Manager Compliance
- All paid subscriptions (where applicable) are facilitated via Google’s Reader Revenue Manager and adhere to their terms of service.
- We abide by Google’s refund and cancellation policies, which may allow full refunds in certain circumstances (e.g., faulty description, EU or Brazil user rights).
- Pricing & Service Fees
- Subscription prices are displayed clearly; any applicable taxes or fees are disclosed during checkout.
- Google may deduct a service fee and any required taxes before remitting payment to the Journal.
7. Corrections & Retractions
- Corrections
- If any factual inaccuracies are discovered, the Journal will promptly correct the article and note the correction date and nature of the change.
- Retractions
- Should any content be deemed significantly flawed or misleading, the Journal may retract it entirely and issue a public statement explaining why.
8. Termination of Publication Rights
- Policy Violations
- The Journal reserves the right to remove or refuse to publish content that violates these policies or any applicable law.
- Contributors who repeatedly violate our policies may lose the privilege of publishing with us.
